The UST Law Journal, the official publication of the UST Graduate School of Law, is a peer-reviewed academic publication that aims to publish scholarly articles in its pursuit of legal scholarship and academic excellence.
It features articles on all aspects of law, philosophy, and jurisprudence; dynamic, critical, and contextual approaches of featured dissertations, theses, Case Law Analysis, and Book Reviews, in which members of the UST Graduate School of Law Faculty and esteemed contributors critically analyze recent judicial decisions, new legislation, proposals for current law and judicial reforms, and legal development trajectories as the world embraces the complexities of legal contours amidst technological revolution and contemporary era.
All submissions for the Law Journal are assessed through double-blind peer-review by the Board of Editors.
The journal is available for open access, providing immediate access to its contents. The articles are protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. Articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial License, which permits unrestricted non-commercial use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that the work is properly cited.
The Board of Editors is committed to furthering the University’s objectives as a globally recognized Catholic institution of higher learning and legal scholarship.
